• Free delivery for all orders over £30 delivered to single addresses in mainland UK.
  • Our standard delivery is 7 working days although this may vary during peak times, holidays, bank holidays or when we run special offers.

Delivery FAQs

Where we deliver to:
At the moment our courier can only deliver to mainland UK, and there are a few postcodes in the mainland UK that we may struggle to deliver to at certain times in the year.  We apologise in advance if you are in these areas but we are working hard to find ways of delivering to you in the future!

For deliveries outside of the mainland UK contact and we can see if any special arrangements can be made.

Delivery timings:
Our standard delivery time is 5 working days. While our couriers are usually very reliable at getting our drinks to you on time, there can be occasional delays outside of our control. For this reason please allow up to 10 working days before a parcel can be deemed lost or delayed.  

If you provide a mobile phone number you will be able to track your order and receive delivery details by text. If you do not provide a mobile number but have a delivery question please email

Customer Service opening hours:
Pip HQ is open 9-5pm Monday-Friday and we are here to answer any questions you have within these hours. However, do feel free to pop us an email at and we will look into it for you.  If you email over a weekend or holiday period it may take us a couple of days to get back to you.

Exchanges or Replacements:
Due to the nature of our products we can only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If this is the case please email us at Please provide us with the order number and the nature of the problem and we will help you from there. 

Expected shelf life:
We guarantee a minimum of 1-month shelf life on all Pip Shop product sales unless specifically highlighted on the product page, although this is sometimes longer based on our production batches.

Storage Instructions:
All products sold on in our Pip Shop can be stored in a cupboard and popped in the fridge to serve chilled.  

Why do you not deliver lollies and coldpressed?
The courier that we currently use is not frozen or chilled so therefore we can not deliver these products directly to you. They can however be found on Amazon Fresh, Abel & Cole, and in Waitrose.

Amending an order:
Unfortunately, you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. If you give us a call as soon as you can, we may be able to manually change it, if it has not yet been dispatched. If it has been dispatched then unfortunately we can not amend the order

The personal data you supply will be used to fulfil any orders, associated services or customer service,  this personal data may be shared with third parties to fulfil this obligation on behalf of Pip Organic. Please read our privacy policy for all information.
