Cocktail Time!

We’re raising a glass to the weekend with the piptastic English Garden Cocktail we learned to make at the Best of Organic Market 2021 Awards cocktail masterclass! 🙌😋

English Garden Cocktail 🍸🍏✨
50ml Fatty’s Organic London Dry Gin
100ml Pip Organic Sparkling Apple
20ml fresh lime juice
15ml organic elderflower cordial
8-10 fresh mint leaves
Fresh mint sprig (to garnish)

Add the gin, lime juice, elderflower cordial and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice cubes and secure lid. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Fill glass with fresh ice, strain the liquid into the glass leaving shaken ice and mint leaves behind. Top with Pip Organic Sparkling Apple and stir briefly to incorporate. Garnish with fresh mint sprig & enjoy! 💁🍃
